Staff are so rude. Wasted 3 hours there yesterday only to find out i can't renew my own vehicle that I co own with my wife. They told me she either has to come in or have this 3rd party consent form signed. Tell me where that makes sense?

I would give them -stars if I could. Bought a car with my daughter, I paid for it for her. She had all the correct paperwork, but they put it in MY NAME. don't ask me how!!. Now I have to go into motor vehicle registration and PAY $50 for their mistake to get it changed when I paid for the car "on the road" all fees included!! Useless bunch.

The hours say they open at 8AM. I've been calling from 8AM and it's now 8.45AM. The automated message still says, the offices are closed, and it's no statutory holiday or any weekend. Shameful service

The biggest complaint i have is that since it's suppose to be a government building that hands papers that are required, they should at leasr close at 5:30.
Most of ous work up until late on low paying jobs and cannot get our paperwork done because of this.
Other than that this place compared to other government places one can see why people hate it here.
